1.After the ultrasonic welding machine is switched on (turned on), it cannot be put into use immediately. Wait two minutes before testing the ultrasound to be normal before putting it into use.
2.The ultrasonic welding head (upper die) cannot pass the test appraisal during inspection, please do not continue to use it! Otherwise, expensive components such as amplifier transducers will be burnt out!
3.Ensure that the compressed gas provided is dry and clean, and regularly check whether the inside of the filter on the back of the ultrasonic welding machine is clean (if there is oil, please clean it). Before replacing the ultrasonic welding head (upper mold), check whether there is oxide (usually black or white substance) in the connection position. If there is, please use 800 (or finer) sandpaper to polish it off and wipe it clean with alcohol. Can be installed; during installation, it must be assembled and fastened without any looseness.
4.Ensure that the compressed gas provided is dry and clean, and regularly check whether the inside of the filter on the back of the ultrasonic welding machine is clean (if there is oil, please clean it).
5.Ultrasonic welding head (upper mold) can pass the ultrasonic test, but there is heat during use, no matter how busy you are, you must stop using it and wait for its natural conditions to cool down before you can continue to use it; it must be heated within half an hour to two hours Replace it.
6.For plastic parts with non-special structures (materials), please adjust the "delay time" to the moment before the ultrasonic welding head (upper mold) touches the plastic parts. [If only the reaction force triggers the ultrasonic system, please adjust the switch to the minimum power trigger point.
7.The power supply range should be within 5% of 220VAC. At the same time, it is necessary to use a stabilized power supply as much as possible for the grounding wire of the metal part of the shell of the ultrasonic welding machine (usually double grounding).
8.If you hear abnormal noises when welding plastic parts, please stop working and check whether the ultrasonic welding head (upper die) amplifier transducer has cracks or whether they are in good contact with each other. If there are cracks, they must be replaced; if they are loose, please compare them Tighten.
9.It is not advisable to hold down the detection button for a long period of time to detect the frequency of ultrasonic molds; when adjusting the frequency, do not adjust the frequency knob while holding down the testing ultrasonic button.
10.The frequency of each ultrasonic welding head (upper mold) must be adjusted before use. As long as it is no longer necessary to adjust the frequency one by one when changing between the molds made by myself, it is only necessary to adjust the frequency of the first mold. The frequency adjustment is strictly prohibited during the continuous use of the ultrasonic upper mold after the frequency is adjusted and determined.
